The designer behind the work

I'm an outgoing, empathetic, detail-oriented designer who believes in showing up fully for every brief — big or small.

My design journey started in 2016, and it's grown ever since through both formal training and a lot of hands-on making. I hold an Integrated Master's in Communication Design from GLS Institute of Design in India, and a diploma in Advertising & Graphic Design from Humber College in Toronto.

My foundation is in graphic design and illustration, and today I'm especially drawn to social media and content-led design — where storytelling, strategy and craft all meet. I care as much about the idea behind a design as the pixels that carry it.

This portfolio is a mix of past and present work — brand identities, social campaigns, illustration and editorial pieces that trace how my creative voice keeps evolving.

Varriant

Brand Identity Merchandise Illustration Copywriting

Varriant is a Gen-Z lifestyle brand I created — a line of pin badges and face masks built around witty, pop-culture one-liners. It was never just merch; it was a voice. Each piece blends nostalgia with contemporary culture into something fun, relatable and instantly shareable.

Ahmedabad Design Fest

Social Media Design Event Campaign Illustration

Social-media design for Ahmedabad Design Fest (ADF), a celebration of design in the city. Working within the festival’s design team, I built a vibrant, illustration-led visual language — bold colour and geometric motifs drawn from Ahmedabad’s architecture — and carried it across sponsor features, film screenings and speaker sessions.

Change in Lifestyle During Quarantine

Illustration Design Monograph Social Media

A design monograph from my final year at GLS Institute of Design (guided by Prof. Pritesh Bhatia), exploring how everyday life shifted during the 2020 lockdown. In the “Expressions” chapter I turned that research into a uniform series of social-media posts — masks, sanitiser, distance, greetings, temperature checks — each turning a small moment of the “new normal” into a wry visual one-liner.

When Only Love Remains

Book Cover Editorial & Print Typography

A redesigned jacket for Durjoy Datta’s novel When Only Love Remains. I reimagined the full cover — back, spine and front — around a single guitar motif drawn from the story’s heartbroken singer, and explored two colour directions for the same concept.

Memphis Calendar

Editorial & Print Illustration Typography

A calendar poster inspired by the Memphis design movement — bold geometry, clashing colour and playful pattern. I set the layout on July (my birthday month), pairing hand-brushed numerals with the movement’s signature squiggles, grids and confetti dots, then mocked it up as a printed piece.
